Extracting and consolidating data from various sources, including Tableau for enhanced Business Intelligence, ensures accurate and dynamic reporting. Customers can reach out with their specific reporting needs. While standard services are covered, additional or specialized requests may incur costs, and rates are discussed with the requesting department.

Expectations to Requested Service

What to Expect Time Frame: 

TRecs staff are expected to reply to inquiries within 1 business day unless the priority or urgency of the request requires a quicker response. More information on prioritization can be found in the TRecs SLA.  

Special Instructions to Requesting Services

TRecs customers are expected to reach out to trecs-requests@utlists.utexas.edu for any requests and inquiries for existing or new applications. 

Rates/Prices

For reporting requests outside the scope of the services listed here or within the TRecs SLA, may result in a cost. Rates and prices may be discussed if additional services are needed. The requesting department may be solely responsible for the price of the purchased good.
