Support

Technology Resources Provides:

TRecs actively monitors applications and communications from clients. TRecs works to ensure timely bug resolution, and assists with process modification and optimization. TRecs collaborates on specifications and testing.

Customer/Client Provides:

Customers are expected to provide timely feedback on application maintenance and testing requests. Customers report application issues to TRecs for investigation and resolution. Customers collaborate on specifications and testing. 

Expectations to Requested Service

What to Expect Time Frame: 

TRecs staff are expected to reply to inquires within 1 business day unless the priority or urgency of the request requires a quicker response. Please contact the ADM team at trecs-requests@utlists.utexas.edu for more information.

Special Instructions to Requesting Services

TRecs customers are expected to email trecs-requests@utlists.utexas.edu for any requests and inquires for existing or new applications. Clients may be directed to complete a Project Intake Form via ServiceNow for new application requests.

Rates/Price

Application development requests outside the scope of the services listed here may result in a cost. Rates and prices may be discussed if additional services are needed.

Question: Does TRecs provide support after an application is developed?

Answer: Yes, TRecs is responsible for application management, which includes bug resolution, change and release management, process modification, and updates.  

Question: Are TRecs applications secure?  

Answer: Yes, TRecs follows ISO security guidelines and completes required security assessments.  

Question: Where can I find information on scheduled maintenance?
